Syawal Datang Lagi
I'm doing mum a favour by baby-sitting Hazim today since she had to take off to Johor dis morning to buy kuih raya. That's why I end up sleeping at mum's yesterday. hehe..so, I took the oppurtunity by posting my entry.
Two weeks at home, coping the house chores and looking after the kids are kinda big responsibilities I have to deal with. Izzati was so mischievious that sometimes I lost control of my temper. It was so exasperating knowing that you can't do anything about it. Izzah on the other hand was behaving so 'cengeng'. Sometimes I can't do any chores at home. Wow! I wonder how my mum could manage to do all the baby-sitting and chores at the same times. She's really a supermum.
Well, Syawal is around the corner and yet I juz started doing the 'spring cleaning'. Changing the bed sheet and the curtains.This year delicacies aren't that much coz I have to cope with the kids. But I managed making 2 of them which are Honey Cornflakes and Walnut Choco Chips. This year's preparations are kinda minimise. I just bought a pair of baju kebaya to match with hub's.
As for the kids, we bought them several pairs. Well, orang dah berumahtangga ni lain sikit, kebanyakan perbelanjaan semuanya dihabiskan buat anak-anak. Kalau dulu tu bolehlah beli 3,4 pasang tapi sekarang, lebih kepada anak2. Regarding about my granny, she's out of hospital and now staying at my auntie's. Syukur Alhamdulillah kepadaNya.
I feel dissappoined that I couln't join in this year Raya family visiting. It has been a yearly tradition for the Jam'an's family to reunite and visiting each others homes. Blame it on the last minute decision though. Well, when I realised that I could join in, it was too late. There was no vacant seats available and the bus is already occupied.**sigh**
Hmm..how i wish there's another alternative.
