Friday East Coast
Started the day of unpremeditated picnic at East Coast around 4-wish by exclusive invitation from her. Didn't prepare any so we decided to scrutinise the foods there which almost made us indecisive of the choices. The place was jam-packed probably due to the holiday. Well, we girls, couldn't restraint ourselves with the camera. So we laughed, giggled, jested and impersonated ourselves with my little girl being the attractive feature. Least that we realise, the guys were laughing at us. Who cares! We had fun hadn't we?

Why are you filled with hatred?
I'm in a lousy mood today. Something happened last nite that made me so stupid. Just if I know the respond that u had, I swear I would think twice. Why are u filled with hatred? I simply don't understand the treatment that you are portraying. You didn't pause to leave the conversation when u learnt it was this lady on the third party. I admit that I made a mistake in yesteryear but we are adults now that it's sensible why we shouldnt behaving like kids. My intention is pure juz to resolve the doubts you have. But if you think that I don't deserve an apology or whatever reason you have to cease this friendship, I'm so sorry that I ever tried! Hatred, vengeance, abhorrence.. didn't u realise you're living a lie? Okey I'll stop here, enuff of the things that I wanna say. But I juz can't believe the hatred that you have on me is so immense! I do pray that hopefully one day He will opened up your heart and make you a sensible and forgiving person. Amin

Yup, she came by today with both my sis and bro. Brought mass of groceries to replenish my freezer. Aduh makin byk ikan kat esbok. Dah jadi mcm kucing pulak.. Nway, thanks mom for the thoughts. Nothing to do, like usual she was attached to the computer, watched the recorded APM which she missed due to her night shift. He on the other hand, was laying sleeping after a lethargic day at school. Mom, never miss her soap opera show on tv3. Semua geramz dgn si kecik ni.. Well, they had to end the day at 6 before dad reaches home.
Nice having you around...

2nd time...
- its my 2nd time making that bubur durian this month, the first was last week. Wonder why the second appetency. Actually, we were doing our groceries at the Shop n Save and hubby caught sight of the durian. He was the one who started it all. Alahai dis time round, he wanted his bubur with kacang hijau. So, I made him one with green beans. Since I cooked plenty of it, decided to give makcik sebelah sikit.. Durian ni bila kita nak masak, mcm nak rak carik tapi tak dapat. Tu,lah bila tak expecting nak masak pulak, belambak kat kedai..
*sratch my head*

- Izzati was having the sky-high fever for three days, the last which she ate so much of a box of biscuit. Since then, she had no appetite and she survived with only milk to quench her thirst. As for Izzah, she was recovering slowly though she still had that bit of running nose and cough. Well, if she still unwell for tonight, looks like I've to bring her to the clinic.
- This is my resolution for last past years but a'dulillah dreams do come true for me this year. I went to register yesterday and next week will be my first lesson. Hahaha.. couldn't tell you more about it coz promise hun that I will zip my mouth or else he'll kill me. (See I keep my promise, if you're reading this) Dun get me wrong, he wouldn't want me to air it coz he's the sort kalau kejayaan belum dikecapi, lebih baik berdiam diri. Anyway, I hope and pray that it will turn out well for my second time. InsyaAllah.

Bored
I am so world-weary of staying at home even on weekends. Today, hun had to come back to office to clear up some backlogs and it seems like I'm spending another 'weekday' ahead. *yawning* Borrringggg.
Thinking of bringing the kids to CompassPoint later but having Zaty running about and pushing Izzah in her pram; left me a second thought.
Hopefully, you don't have to come back tomorrow, mr officer...
Anyway, I piddled my afternoon chatting with her for 3 solid long hours.
Never longed I have my girltalks before. Well, we mostly laughed, poking fun at peep, gossiping and 'biatching'. *u noe whom I'm refering to sis* The talk about marriage became our serious discussion and hope there something that she could acquire from that. Just wanna thank you sis for listening, sharing and riveting my inarticulate enigma. This word really alleviated me.
"this kinda peopls, they need to put aside the past that caused them so much hurt n pain, so that they'll b able to get on with life...otherwise, they'll be too caught up in the past that they'll find that they're not doin anything bt their life" So, lesson learnt.. Get on with your life elated.
I noe I'm well-set and I will not easily vanquished by this......

Hey, just wanna share this lovely poem which I've just read;
Freezing Time
Sometimes Lakes freeze over
Sometimes hearts do too
But my heart is too soft
My body is too warm
To ever be frozen with you
We give and we take
And with love we do make
The most of a few precious hours
While our love blossoms forth
Like the earth giving birth
To a field of beautiful flowers
And while our bodies are in line
And love's on our mind
I wish I could find
In sweet moments like these
A magical way to freeze time

Milestone..

Well, they say moms are more fortunate than daddies when come to this. Don't be jealous dear.
After all, I'm the one taking care of her day and night. Recently, she was not feeling well due to the remittent high fever that drastically reduced down her weight to 6.4kg. Unknown to us, that was a sign of her growing ups. That remind me of zaty when she was 5mths old. Like her sis, Izzah now has learn to roll from front to back; and raising her head and chest to support herself on her arms when she is flat on her stomach. She nows eager to grab and hold things, including her feet. A'ah... Not yet, ya.. (there's an old saying; kalau yg kecil tu dah pandai hisap-hisap kaki masuk mulut, nak adik lagi lah tu...) InsyaAllah, kalau ada rezki, in 2 or 3 yrs time, ya. *smiling*
:: her milestones from the age of 1 mth till 5 ::
. react to sound or touch with a smile
. differentiate between friendly and angry voices
. take turns 'conversing'; coo when we talk to her, laugh & smile
. clasp and unclasp her hands
. lift up her head up to 90 degrees
. hold small objects
. bear her weight on her legs (standing)
. able to keep her back straight if propped up by some cushions (sitting)
. (this my fav) reach things that she can touch; always make her sis annoyed. maklumlah kakak izzati ni ada sedikit pelokek when sharing her toys
These will be chronicled in My Journey for your tomorrow's yearbook.

Thank You dear...
*Sheshh**
Encounter with a problematic PC yesterday! Couldn't on it due to the unauthorised key number that was invalid for the reactivation of the microsoft whatever.. Frankly, I know nuts about the inside details of this thing, the DOS, bootdisk, patch or whatever they have inside it. Luckily, hun is well versed of trouble-shooting to this kind of problem. Thanks dear... Tak sia-sia you ambil that Computer IT course. *winks*
Sis dear, don't be too relax with your upcoming event, ya. You'll definately need ample of good rest in the last month of your BIG day. So, buck up! Start now.. Hehehe.. Or probably do you need a wedding planner for assistance? *Shouts K Ayu* She needs help badly! Oh Ouh! So how? We're going to hunt for that kebaya nyonya thingey next month. Seems that pengantin tak leh ikut arr cam gini. *laughing mischieviously*

Poor Baby...
I was down with extreme headache yesterday and to make thing worst, izzah was having a fever the whole day. Hubby was checking on her the moment he returned home and was disturbed with her feverishness. He decided to have her temperature taken and was perturbed to see 37.9 on the thermometer. Without even bother to change his uniform, we rushed to the clinic nearby and her temperature was taken again. Ironically, this time round, it increased to 39.7 degrees. She had a sky-high fever. Astound with the jam-packed clinic and having no.14 for another 10 more patients to go, we decided to return home first. A while later, the clinic called and requested us to get back immediately since the doctor wanted to serve our baby first. She examined her thoroughly and prescribed some medications for her. Surprised with her normal condition, which rarely certain babies would not react, she had not worries at all. But she did ask to observe izzah's condition for next 3 days. She has recovered today but still no mood to talk or play. None the less, I was surprise to see lying alone on her play-pen without asking for attention.
Well, at least mom could do her chores peacefully as for now..
* smiling to herself*
hmmm... probably it's due to the poor air quality that occurs recently. What's going to happen to this earth? With blaze of forest fire burned around the region incldg here in s'pore. I assumed the ozone layer's getting thinner..

Simulation of Life
Life is so complex
Just like a chain of tread
With links of joyous golden strands
Or simply dark and somber dread
Some are just like scrawny actor
Detest being a second-class rate
They shammed to be superordinate
Realism their life is so complicate
Like bubbles floating in the air
Some break and fall below
Some rise to higher world unknown
Where others cannot go

Marche
Decided to call her for companion with the job hunting at Career Exhibiton last Friday. And she gladly agreed to be my esquire for the day. Muz be the craving for Mache that boost her around. I guess so. They (she& cuz mai) have got this kind of appentency since in a month of Sundays. Well, dreams do come true for them.
After scrutinising the exhibitions which frankly to me, was an otiose effort, we headed to the place with cuz mai joining later. Hmm.. a first timer like me, being in such a place is having a child lingering around in a toy department section. ** laughing at myself**
Hey, don't blame it on me gals. But thanks to you that I now have a new favourite eating place which I named myself, 'mampos nak mahal pya tempat'.

Perturbed

Was dropping by at mom's place yesterday and decided to wait for dad to return back from work so that he could spend a lil' time with the girls. As usual, zaty waits anxiously for grandpa only for that special reason. Dad never fail to buy chocolates for her whenever he return back from work. Or he will keep one with him in case we dropby unexpectedly.
I saw few monthly bills and other mails on the table and caught a particular envelope among it. Seems to be a medical report on dad from Parkway Specialist. I sense a bad intuition about it. Fian wanted to opened but dad disaproved. My premonition became more factual in order to know more. Finally he let me opened it by myself. Indeed it was a medical report. I read it with calmness and I was appal with the result. **whilst taking a deep breath and recite a prayer** I control my tears.
You are a Hepitatis B Carrier.
Liver function test are abnormal. You need to have a liver ultrosound scan and HepB antibody/antigen for further assesment.
Please set an appointment for us to investigate further.
**Lifting both arms in the air and pray**
"Ya Allah, sesungguhnya segala keburukan dan kebaikan itu datang dariMu. Dan semoga Engkau memelihara ayahandaku sebagaimana engkau lindungi orang-orang yg beriman kepadaMu."
Guess, he got it from the family history.
But, I hope everyhting will be fine.
Before I stepped out, going back to Punggol.
Me: Ayah, jangan lupa set appointment for the liver scan.
Him: Alah, tak payah, lah. Dah tua, nak mati, matilah...
Me: *shake my head*
** silence **
I guess I better stop before I broke down...
