Foursome Nite

Well after loads of procastination and delays, we finally met up before this friend of mine going to walk down the aisle again. Its nice knowing that each one of them is doing great and most important thing, there's always a child in us. The foursome of us had our dinner at Ayam Penyek, yeah i noe it sounds weird but i guess its not that bad as its name. We giggled, yacked like no one bussiness! Hehehee.. Anyway, the nite was really jealous of us that we hardly notice it was already 9.30. Gosh! I had to head home before Mr Boss call me up on my mobile. Nice catching up with you guys.

congratulations

Finally after 4 yrs of courtship, they were officially pronounced Mr & Mrs Rizal.
Hehehe... she's simply one gorgeous bride i ever seen in my life. Her solemnisation took place at 4 on Saturday afternoon where she was gracefully dressed in white, enhanced with sparkle accessories. The bride's room was beautifully decorated with purplish accessories and the custom-made gubahan exclusively done by her. Kak Ayu, boleh bukak kedai bridal, lah. The sunday reception, i say it was one splendid big super buffet spread. Outstanding!! Apart from the typical nasi beriyani, they also served mee soto, satay, roti kirai and even steak kebab! Not to mention the desserts! Ngah, i think most of the time we (the rest of the cozens) were busy filling our stomaches. Shesshhh!! If I have not forgotten to bring my digi cam, it might have been a picturesque !

Nway, to my dear cozen Siti Alawiah and her beloved husband, Mohd. Rizal;
Here's wishing you a prosperous, longanimity and blissful marriage. Semoga bahtera yang dilayari itu dapat mengharungi samudera yg kadang-kala bergelora. Amin.

First Phase

Though it was raining heavily in the morning, that didn't hold us back from joining in the Q.
Being a first timer we are, we kinda anticipated it. It is lil' Miss Izzati first attempt to school. Yayness!! She has been saying, 'kakak nak school lah'. And now sweetheart, allow me and daddy fulfil your dream. InsyaAllah, you can start schooling early next year, dear.
She was delirious and eager when she stepped into the classroom. Nah, not yet. It was just a registration intake for her nursery class coming next year. And by looking at the queue this morning, hopefully she will be placed at the school located at mum's block. Still awaiting for the answer this Thur.

Nway, her sister on the other hand, has grow her first baby tooth. We will never learnt about that if dad didn't point it out to us. He fed apple in her mouth and she actually bite off. Was then that he realised there was a tooth in her gum. Hmm... so first tooth in eighth month.
Well, not bad indeed! Soon dear, you can have a share of fries with your sis. At the moment juz bear with the ruskies first ya.

Happy Mothers' Day

I don't deny that 3/4 of my childhood days were mostly spend with granny. She's the one who brought and took care of me since I was little. She's my fosterage and thanks to her rigid but loving upbringing, I realise I became more like her now. Nevertheless, how could I ever forget that special someone who tolerated and endured for 9 months of suffering. Ouh Yeah! Tell me about it!! Being the first, I surely brought joy and jubilance to everyone inclg my aunties and granny. I still remembered those unforgettable moments of my compunction which made both of you cried. That was the biggest and ugliest mistake I've ever made! But with your patience and tolerance, you've succeeded bringing up this mischievious little girl to an engaging young lady and now a mother just like you. Your careful, thrifty and penny-wise nature truly refrain lots of things being wasted. How I wish I can just be like her, so discipline! She ever been called mingy and scrimy but due to her ignorant and unostentatious type of person, she remain silence. Poor mum! Its ok mummy, like a proverb says, " Wild squirrels are provident". You're just being economical. Daddy is one grateful and luckiest man in the world to have you as his companion. Like they say, 'there's always a woman behind a successful man'. Your provident and conscientious in making decision assisting dad is truly accommodating. Whatever it is, I love you mum and sorry for all those tears I've made inevitably.

Wishing you and all the moms HAPPY MOTHERS' DAY!

I made these as part of the contributions for today's gathering.

Priceless Invitation...

We had an invitation for a premier sneak preview yesterday. What show?? Definately finer than that! Nah.. its not what you think. Actually, we were exclusively invited by her to have the honour 'scrutinising' and admiring her almost-complete domicile. Well, what can I say? We were really impressed with their simple contemporary designs and yeah.. I'll definately have to air this, credits to her Mr-Oh-So-Talented! You must be one luckiest lady to have a future hubby like him. Hmmm.... looks like you have exactly 2 weeks from now to the BIG day. Muahaha... no more meetings? Well, I understand but you can't help it with the inevitable. Hopefully, you are blessed with health, strength and longanimity till your big day. Once again, thanks for the invitation. Your thoughts of it is extremely priceless. Love you all. Muackksss!!!

Quit playing games....

Feel so stupid, betrayed and exasperated. Yes! I am naive to belief every little things you said.
Not thrice but fourth times I've been deceived! Still, I didnt learn my lesson. How gullible and credulous I am. Enuff is enuff.
Quit playing games with my life. It has been a joke all these while for you, right? Apparently looks like you are having fun, enjoying making fool out of me. I wonder how a person like you could peacefully catch some z's at night! I'm so sorry that I ever tried to be nice to you, buddy.
Remember I ever told you that you're funny? Yup, you really do have a zany sense of humuor.

Family Recipe

Been a while that my kitchen stove seems so clean and tidy. Simply because I'm using it once a week since I started staying at mum's during the weekdays. It's toughie but it left us the simply sacrifices that we have to succumb despite my irregular shift job. Thus, I decided to make full use of my weekends merely cooking and shining up my bedrooms parquet. Hmmm.. I made sapik ayam, exclusively a family recipe by my late granny. But nothing beats her dishes! And another round of bubur durian for the appetizer. Hmmm.. lets see, what should I cook for tomorrow??

Firstly, blend the young and yellow ginger, lemon grass, onions, garlic, red chillies, and chilie padi(if u really like it super hot).
Then simmer it till half-dried. Add in the lemon leave and 2 tbspn of curry powder. Jgn lupa garam dan gula secukup rasa.
Stir and pour half cup of carnation milk and add in the half-cooked chicken and beancurd.
Lastly, finish it with slices of tomatoes and off the heat.

He simply loves it!
