It's Ours... mum

Twenty five yrs ago, my mum received a precious gift on her birthday. And till now it still existing within her reach. Hahaha.. who else if its none other than me! Yup, it's kinda special having sharing the same birthday with your mum. Ironically, i didn't inculcate most of her characters though. Well, i really can't be like her... not to mention a big spender i am.
Anyway, we had a birthday treat at the well known Hajah Maimunah Restaurant. Being our first introductory there, we were unaware of the crowds esp during the weekends. It was jam-packed even to the 2nd storey. Lucky for us, we finally had seats to indulge the delectable foods. We ended our day by visiting granny since she was not doing so well. Could see the reflection on her face how elated she was to see the lil' ones. Nevertheless, she was a bit sullen and gloomy probably due to the pain she was having.
Nway, mum was really enthralled after receiving a gold ring from dad. And as for me,
thanks dear for the birthday gift. Like they say, diamonds are girls best friend.
ps: thanks to all of you who had send me cards and wishes. You know who you are.

June Birthday Bash
Precisely a week ago, the very same day today, he celebrated his 23rd birthday. Though he's the younger one here, luck has always been on his side. Blessed with good life, respected job and education, he's always the one I'm envy of. Even though he's not that much of a talker but once he opens up his mouth; dats it, he talks like a 30 yrs old man. Hehehe.. dun get me wrong. Well, what i can say about this young man is that, he behaves and thinks maturely despite his early age and one with a good self esteem. Yeah, probably he inculcates those values from my dad. Be it academically and religiously. He has it all! Shame on you, Elated.
hahaha...

Nway, today, he on the other hand just turned 33. OmG! Did I mention 33?! Hun, how times really catch you up! Had a lovely dinner at the Terminal 1, Swensen where our first date was and it vividly brought us back to memory lane for the last 6 years. Whilst admiring the stewardess, sempat i bertanya, "You rasa, kalau i apply, dapat tak?" He smiled and gave me an assurance answer. I muz be out of my mind thinking of it despite of having these lil' angels. Well, blame it on you though. Its has always been my dream to fly and it was YOU that encouraged me to join and it was YOU too that obliged to it ,right before our engagement when I was about to sign in. Nevertheless, things happen for a reason. Like u said before, there won't be US or WE, if i'm flying right now. Furthermore, there won't be any of these two adorable cuttie pies. I thank you for being fickle minded sometimes. Please but not all the times, ok.
So, this special day, wishing you endless happiness, wealth and good health. May all your dreams and hopes come true with the assistance of faith that works as your personal motivator. Like a proverb says, 'FAITH is a passionate intuituion.' This, I leave you with a word of wisdom which I've read;
' As your FAITH is strengthened, you will find that there is no longer the need to have a sense of control, that things will flow as they will, and that you will flow with them, to your great delight and benefit'
Happy 33rd Birthday.. to my dearie hubby Ash.
Hmm... now waiting for mum's on the 26th. Did I forget someone too?

Mad about this...

Well, one should never continue to read this IF you are one of those people who really can't tolerate the name, SITI NURHALIZA. Hehehe... kidding! At last, my dream came true and still I can't believe that I finally got hold of the tickets to her concert. Met cozen Shikin and mum-to-be Yaya at Tampines Mall after work and without any procastination, we headed to the sistic outlet. Although the Q was quite lengthy, ironically we weren't exasperated by it. Hmmm.. maybe we were too engross and intoxicated talking about the concert. Hai, maklumlah kena tunggu 5 tahun baru Siti nak datang buat concert kat Singapore. Aper tak excited nyer!
Guess which one we bought? $145...yup. Since hubby was an ntuc member, we were entitled a discount. Thank goodness I drag him along. Thks dear! At the meantime, I tried to preoccupy myself with work for another 39 more days. Tick tock tick tock........
