Polish, grooming, makeready...

Well, that's only a sneak view of the basic coating. Yup.. white. But the original colour isn't that. I chose a 3-in-1 medifresh and 3-in-1 low sheen finish so that I can easily wipe off all the dirts and stains away.
I developed some of the family pics which I basked in photo editing. They were handsomely slotted with ravishing unique frame works. And I did a simple handcraft with few of the old frames which I repainted and my old unused clothings. I just simply love it. Such a picturesque!
Everything is almost done and tomorrow, the curtains up, carpets drawn and I'll busy rearranging the flowers in the new crystal vase. Unquestionably, we are set for the Eid. Nevertheless, we will not neglect for the ill-being and those who'd lost their love ones.

Looks like I won't post for the next 2 days or so not after the Eid, I think.
So for fellow muslims,
Eid Mubarak. May our lives and prayers are rewarded by His solely blessings. Amin

Ma Indulgence
Well, the past few weeks had been extremely hectic but we enjoyed every bits of it. Shopping, spring cleaning and baking.. nothing beats the preparation for the Eid. Last week, we went to bazaar geylang serai scrutinising every single things we could find and we managed to buy a pair of baju kurung for the girls. I just couldn't wait to see them wearing identically. Dah macam kembar pulak. hehehe.. Yelah kalau dulu tu, cuma kelihatan si kakak sahaja tapi tahun ini dah ada pasangan. Pasti comel agaknya..
Hubby was busy drilling the curtain rods and some of the stuffs and I, enjoying every single minutes scrubbing, mopping and cleaning the house. And Zaty was being helpful as usual, dusting off the dirts away. ( imagine the feather duster she was holding was much bigger than her) The paint job is finally done after 2 weeks of basic coating and layering the original ones. Hmm.. the colours really plays a part well. It looks much fresher and spacious now.
We broke our fast outside yesterday after work and headed to metro tampines to purchase something that caught our eyes few days back. Ouh yeah not forgeting the 'lampu lap-lip' which the girls been crazy of. Finally, it had been put up just outside the window for them to engaged with.

A simply mouth watering cappucino cheesecake from coffee bean
Just wanna to share you with this:
Jadikan Al-Quran sebagai teman sejati, Zikrullah sebagai penghibur hati, Sholat sebagai pendinding diri, Taqwa sebagai baja dalam taman hati. Sama-samalah kita mengejar malam Lailatul Qadar dlm sepuluh hari penghabisan Ramadhan ini. Amin.

Warmest Regards...

Its been more than 2 weeks we've been fasting. I've already started sending cards. In this new modern technology, sending greeting cards to the people u love is just a click on the mouse, no more stamps and envelopes. But personally to me, whenever it comes to Idilfitri, I prefer the old way of sending cards with my own handwriting. I feel more sincere by writing my own bona fide manuscript rather than having written words on them. I don't know but it seems that my eyes were tearing whenever I jot down my thoughts asking for forgiveness like we always do. The most prominent of all is missing the friendships that we once shared. Well, times really left us behind but the good old memories will always anchored in my heart. Well, whatever it is I juz hope that the friendships that we once had will always cherish in our hearts.
To all of my dear friends whom I don't get to send you one;
Salam Idilfitri,
Maaf Zahir Batin
Salam Ikhlas;
Saleha Sekeluarga

The Prophet's (pbuh) preaching of Ramadan
'..Shun the fire of hell even by half a date! Shun the fire of hell even by a drink of water! O People! Whoever among you improves his conduct during this month will have a safe passage on al-Sirat al-Mustaqeem, (the straight path) when many feet will slip away, and whoever among you decreases the burdens of his slave (or anyone who works for him) will be rewarded by Allah decreasing his reckoning. Whoever among you abstains from harming others will be spared the Wrath of the Almighty when he meets Him. Whoever among you affords generosity to an orphan will be rewarded by Allah being generous to him on the Day of Judgment. Whoever among you improves the ties with his kin will be rewarded by Allah including him in His mercy, and whoever among you severs his ties with his kin, Allah will withhold His mercy from him upon meeting Him. Whoever among you offers voluntary prayers, Allah will decree a clearance for him from the torment of the fire. Whoever among you performs an obligation will receive the reward of one who has performed seventy obligations in other months. Whoever among you increases the sending of blessings unto me, Allah will make the balance of his good deeds weigh heavily when scales will be light. Whoever among you recites one verse of the Holy Qur'an will receive the blessing of one who recites the entire Holy Qur'an in another month. O people! The gates of heaven in this month are kept open; so, pray Allah your Lord not to close them against you, and the gates of the fire are kept closed; so, pray Allah your Lord not to open them for you; and the devils are kept chained; therefore, pray Allah your Lord not to unleash them against you. '
May Allah be well pleased with him, his followers and his progeny.
Wishing all fellow muslims Ramadhan Al'Mubarak.
